Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends when our team is out riding). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two reliable shipping methods to get your premium bike parts to you:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after shipment

International Shipping

We ship globally (excluding Asia and certain remote regions). International customers may be responsible for customs fees or import duties, which are not included in the order total.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind every SRAM component we sell. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, our returns process is as smooth as your ride with our premium parts.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Original proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bike Brake Fluids & Bleed Kits (if opened)
  • Disc Brake Pads and Rim Brake Pads (if removed from packaging)
  • Cleats & Pedal Accessories (if installed or showing wear marks)

Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email our support team at [email protected] with:

  • Subject: “Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
  • Your order number and product name
  • Reason for return (Wrong Item Received/Damaged/Not as Described/Changed Mind)
  • For exchanges, specify desired replacement product
  • Attach copy of original invoice and photos of any damaged items

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Within 48 business hours (weekends excluded), you’ll receive:

  • Return authorization number
  • Prepaid return label (for defective/wrong items)
  • Shipping instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories. Affix the return label and ship via specified carrier.

Step 4: Processing

Once received at our Washington facility, we’ll inspect within 3 business days and notify you of status.

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days after inspection:

  • Original Payment Method: Refunded to your Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal account within 7-10 business days
  • Store Credit: Issued immediately via email for faster future purchases

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable except for defective/wrong items.

Exchange Process

For exchanges of eligible items:

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Specify desired replacement product in your email
  • We’ll ship new item once return is received (additional charges may apply for price differences)

International Returns

For customers outside the US (excluding restricted regions):

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective
  • Customs fees/duties are non-refundable
  • Allow 4-6 weeks for full return process

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective components:

  • Do not install or use the product
  • Take photos of the damage/defect and packaging

  • We’ll arrange expedited replacement at no cost to you
