Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Original proof of purchase required

Note: For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bike Brake Fluids & Bleed Kits (opened containers)
  • Disc Brake Pads and Rim Brake Pads (if removed from packaging)
  • Cleats & Pedal Accessories (if installed or show wear marks)

Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Within 48 business hours (excluding weekends when our team is riding), you’ll receive:

  • Return authorization number
  • Prepaid return label (for defective/wrong items)
  • Shipping instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories. Affix the provided return label and ship via the specified carrier.

Step 4: Processing

Once received at our Washington facility, we’ll inspect the item within 3 business days and notify you of the status.

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days after inspection:

  • Original Payment Method: Refunded to your Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal account within 7-10 business days
  • Store Credit: Issued immediately via email for faster future purchases

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable except for defective/wrong items.

Exchange Process

For exchanges of eligible items:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Specify your desired replacement product in your email
  3. We’ll ship the new item once the return is received (additional charges may apply for price differences)

International Returns

For customers outside the US (excluding restricted regions):

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective
  • Customs fees/duties are non-refundable
  • Allow 4-6 weeks for the full return process

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective component:

  1. Do not install or use the product
  2. Take photos of the damage/defect and packaging
