The MAHLE X20 drive unit is an ultra-compact, lightweight and intelligent system that opens up a whole new range of riding possibilities while ensuring that eBikes are visually and haptically indistinguishable from high-performance bikes. The latest innovations ensure the best support at any cadence, whether you’re racing at top speed or climbing a mountain. X20 is designed to advance both the rider and the industry as a whole.
The X20 drive unit with Automatic Motor Connection (AMC), compatible with all freewheel standards and groups with up to 13 gears. The X20 drive unit features a new quick-release freewheel system that simplifies maintenance and keeps the motor ready for use at all times.
